We invite you to join the education team from the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium, alongside members from Makers Empire, the University of South Australia (UniSA) and renowned glass artist, Tom Moore for a night of artistic discovery curated just for teachers.

Be amongst the first to hear about the education program developed for this exhibition as well as experience Chihuly Nights and be mesmerised by dramatically lit glass sculptures as you are guided through the exhibition by a South Australian glass artist.

This professional development session will explore the ways your classes can interact with the Chihuly in the Botanic Garden exhibition. You will be given a first look at self-guided and educator led experiences that you are able to book your classes into.

You will also:

Afterwards, be led on a guided tour through the exhibition by glass artists to hear about the process from the how these artworks are designed and made in Dale Chihuly’s Seattle workshop and transported to South Australia to be assembled for the exhibition.
