Plant sale at Mount Lofty

Pick up a plant for your patch at this iconic Adelaide Hills garden!

Join the Friends of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide for their monthly plant sale, which features a selection of plants cultivated by their Growing Group.

Plants have been nurtured from seed or cuttings harvested from each of Adelaide's three botanic gardens (Adelaide, Mount Lofty and Wittunga), giving you the opportunity to take a piece of a botanic garden home with you.

You'll find some firm favourites along with rare and unusual plants on sale, including those not commonly stocked in commercial nurseries.

By purchasing a plant, you will be helping to raise funds to support the work of the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium.
 

Plant sales take place on the fourth Sunday of each month from March - November every year.

Cash and card accepted. Plant prices vary.
